Returns
Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a choice of resolutions, including usage tips, a replacement, an exchange, store credit, or a refund. All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be only lightly used and in the original packaging you received it in. Refunds will not be issued for returns initiated after 30 days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Return Process
If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, a return label will be sent via email.
  3. Carefully package the product and ship it using the provided return label within 7 days.
  4. Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process the return.

Refunds and Credits
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process it, deducting any return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account varies by financial institution. Refunds are not issued after 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, follow the return process above. In your initial request, specify that you prefer an exchange. Upon return approval, we will ship a replacement product or issue store credit, which you can use to place a new order.

Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
